When a fighter strikes (punches and kicks) a grounded opponent
A choking move is when a fighter chokes his opponent, cutting off blood to the brain, forcing the opponent to submit by tapping out.
Examples: Rear Naked Choke, Triangle Choke, Gogoplata, Guillotine Choke, etc
A submission move when a fighter hyper extends the arm or arm joints of his opponent to the point of pain forcing the opponent to submit by tapping out
Examples: Armbar, Omoplata, Americana, Kimura, etc.
A submission move when a fighter hyper extends the leg or leg joints of his opponent to the point of pain forcing the opponent to submit by tapping out
